im not sure if this was already asked (if i was id just find that or know already) but i was wondering is there anything that equates to enemy % on the game, or will we no longer find sabers with 10% against native?

From my understanding, it's based on elements this time. In other words, weapons with blue photon (ice element) will do more damage to enemies weak to ice.

Melee weapons that have an element will have a % rating for it, ranging from 10% to 50%, and you'll do that much more damage on enemies weak to that element

As well as that much less damage to enemies strong against that element. For example, a sabre with 30% fire would do 30% more damage to ice-element enemies, and 30% less damage to fire-element enemies.

The elements are Fire, Ice, Earth, Lightning, Light, and Dark, if I'm not mistaken.

What I'm curious about, is determining who's weak to what...

For instance, is it a two way weakness? ... As in --
Fire <-> Ice
Earth <-> Lightning
Light <-> Dark?

Or, is it a circular weakness? Fire > Ice > lightning > earth > light > dark > fire?...

... Or is it totaly random, and changes from enemy to enemy?

My guess is it's two-way weakness, makes sense to use opposite elements against enemies. Like Light enemies should be weakest to Dark, since they're opposites.

But if your strong and weak vs the same thing there should not be a diffrens. imo
