Why consuming the materials no matter what they are is a goo

The main reason you shouldn't try consuiming ALL POWER MATES and ALL DEF mates is cuz you ahve a mag right? well if u have ur mag equipped and ur near max stats ur stats get maxed anyway so if u had used materials they'd of made no use to you. or that's how I see it, I may be wrong. so if ur a human of some type you probably just want to max out luck and evp cuz most likely at lvl 200 ur mag will give u close to near max stats for your other attributes.

i could be wrong but it's my theory on this. i don't use materials anyway i store them in my bank because i want to see what happens. my stats are rather low probably because i don't use mats. but we'll see what happens =P

or you could do a bit of calculation and plan your chara through till level200, by using the data on hey.to/pso (forgot the correct link but the stats for a lv200 char are on their side somewhere) and plan what your mag shall boost and what you'll boost per materials

Damn you/thank you Sega for making ATA [WAY] more relevent as a stat and not just something to be ignored after passing lv50ish and gulping down hit mats. I have a feeling I'm going to have a whole new appreciation for Vandal and his RA ATA once I start playing him.

I, for one, prefer to keep a record of which mats I'm going to use and what kind of Mag I'm going to raise. Nothing wrong with just taking what you find... given the assumably random distribution of mats, that'd be a good way to make sure you don't waste any, since everything balances out. I just prefer to make calculations and plan it all out, 'cause that's the kinda guy I am. ^_^

I know I'm not touching defense/evasion mats till I've maxed atp/mst (whichever is primary) and probably hp, even then I'd fill my remainder with dfp rather than eva ;/ Eva mats are practically worthless now imo ._.

First of all I dont think hp and luck mats count in the total # of mats your allowd. So other than those im only using mind mats on my FOnewm, and ill raise a mag accordingly afterwards.

Luck does count, HP/TP mats don't.

Luck mates own! Critical hits a plunder! I mean I need more Luck! LoL. Interesting point Sedyne, cab't i just unequip my mag and use my mates? i know mags do boost your stats hella, but mates are never a waste to use with or without equiping the mag, tell me something I dont know, maybe Im wrong, but i still see your point. Eating any mats you find will screw your stats up by level 150. Trust me, I ate any mat I found and now my fonewearl will never have max mst.


I will say though eating any mat might not be that bad for human characters. But newmans and androids have to be real carefull.

For my hunewearl I am eating luck mats only, until that stat maxes. Then I will eat a combination of mind and evade mats.

I have just been using any mats I find right then and there, period, on my FOmarl. But maybe I should actually try to calculate her stats..I have no clue though...should I store every mat I find untill I hit 150 or so?? That'll take an eternity....help?!?
