internet speed question?

I just did a speakeasy test for my internet and it reported my download speed at 385-410 kbps and my upload speed at 100-110 kbps... I know it is horrible but I am on a shared T1 line with my apartment complex. The worst part of it is that I pay 45 bucks a month for those horrible speeds. Of course it is better than dial up, but I was wondering if those speeds were good enough to play teh XBOX 360 version of PSU. To better put it into perspective, it took me from roughly 6PM through 11PM to download the demo of NFS:Carbon... -_-! I hate qwest!!!

If you can access Xbox live just do it man. how many tests did you do and where is the test located? i remember scoring somethign around there with once of the tests on broadbandreports.com and i have a 6 MB cable connection.

45 dollars!?!?!?!? why dont you get Optimum Online or some better cable service?

it doesn't have to be T1 to be good connection speed.
