Rappy's Dagger? [Archive]

I have been seeing some video clips (from extra mode) of daggers that look like wings, and when used they emit puffs of feathers like the Rappy's fan does in PSO. Does anyone know if this is indeed a Rappy type weapon?

They're called Daggers of Seraphe. Basically an angelic weapon with fire element and feather dagger animation.

No, they aren't rappy wing items, I highly doubt it. I don't think they'll make daggers, feathers make cards more than anything else...
