Offically PSOW meeting place?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is PSOW going to have an offical meeting place for PSU like PSO did? (i.e. Antares 8 or Celestlte 8?)

It really helped me meet PSOWers easily online, so I'd like to know as soon as we have a meeting place.
