Get it to level 80 (30 offline) and it will evolve in to a GH4XX form.
It will give you its Partner Card (the card will have Pete's face) when it evolves in to its GH4XX form.
You can then invite your PM in to your party by calling it from your Partner Card list (as you would for any other NPC or player).
The PM will take 1 party member space until 'sent home'.



Side note, but "how do you get it to follow u"? Omg, srsly, if you're going to type lazy, freakin' commit to it dude. Commit! Commit like Mariah Carey to cream cakes! I expect half-assed semi-words and errors everywhere. Not this mish mash of general internets and general typing. It leaves me most confused of all!
