Sure is. Can use melee weapons and some ranged ones. More hunter than ranger.

I doesnt have to be a cast, anyone that wishes to combine their HUnter skills with RAnger weapons can train to be a FiGunner.

It is however, the perfect cast job. And not only this, but out of all the dual classing jobs, it has the potential for best growth in the hands of one particular race. Which is of course, cast. No other dual classing jobs suit one race quite so well as fighgunner.
