i died and a force had reverser but it never worked. so how do you revive people with it?

Yeah, that's some bad translation, but reverser kind of fits for status curing. Like, it's reserving the effects? (Well, that's only my opinion...)

That makes sense. Reverser reverses the effects of status effects. It makes sense. =/

But do they have a reviving tech now?

There are no level requirements to learn techs, they just need to be released by Sega, and Giresta (along with about half the other techs) hasn't been yet, even on the japanese version
