Question about debit card

I have a question about debit card. I have one but it expires in december. Ok so i get psu and use the debit card to get the 6 month guardin license but it expires. What will happen? Will my payment go away? Or when the 6 month license ends it will ask me for another debit card?

When you make the 6-month payment, it costs about... $59,99, right? I'm pretty sure, no, I'm ABSOLUTELY sure, that they take the entire payment out at once.
