PSU: Can you set up a US Guardian's License yet?

Since my computer is stupid I (and this is true) can't see very much at all on the ST website >_< However, I can still see the links like Game Info and stuff like that.

Has the site been updated with the ability to make a Guardian's License yet?

Although, you can still register for your ID using the Blue Burst system if you can access Playsega.com (http://www.playsega.com)

All I could see was white and 2 words, "Phantasy Star Online Gamecube" and "Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst"
I didn't see no link to PSu, so I guess that proves me wrong. Thanks for the link.

yes, BUT, the PSOBB liscence is only for 28 days, the guardians liscense may be for more, i would wait
