EDIT: Flesh-faced Casts can get hats and things. Metalhead Casts can only switch between other 'full helmet' type designs. You can not switch from flesh type to 'metalhead' type in the store. All Casts needs to buy Parts rather than clothes for the rest of the body (the Parts stores, SHELL-CAST/CASEAL, have blue coloured symbols on the doors, and are generally next to the clothes stores on all planets).
