Anyone has any idea if a wartecher is any good? I'm thinking about making a human dual saber wartecher.

I imagine that a wartecher is like a warrior that can buff himself?

I fucking hate all the WoW terminology.

Okay, Wartechers basically are dual dagger orientend hunters that can cast spells to Shifta-Deband themself and resta too.

They are, IMO, the closest thing to the HUnewearl clss From PSO.

I think they'ra are going to be interesting: they can up their own stats, reverser everyone, and they use my favorite weapon: Dual Daggers

Do you absolutely need to have a rod to cast techniques tough? OR can I cast them while wearing my sabers?

You need a rod.

Okay and another question... What does the skill level do? Wartecher only has 20 in skills while Fortefighter got 30... Is it to determine your damage?

A newman wartecher is both good and bad in my opinion. Newmen really would bring out the force part of wartecher, but they'd suck at the hunter part... But I guess it's good protection on their part.
