5) There are different color photons depending on element, the hilts change colors with the weapon level as well, there are tons of special looking ones, they are called rares.

Does each brand's weapon have different stats?

Yep. GMR is balanced. Youmei is low ATP but high PP. Tenora is high ATP but low PP.

..You would'nt have survived PSO DC if all you were worried about were different models. Shit, we were ooo'd and awe'd by mere photon colors, and the rare weapons that pulsed two different colors.

From what I saw, there was enough variation in the 'standard' weapons. You have your 'standard' PSO sword, like the Gigush series, standard PSO looking sword with a photon blade, then you have your Soda Brekka which has a large photon edge with a metal 'backplate', and then the Claymaud with double-photon edge and a neat metal center. Thats three variations of standard weapons(not counting photon colors, obviously). Really though, if you're bummed because every weapon doesn't have it's own model, you're worrying over something pretty damn petty in the PSU/PSO-verse, and dare I say missing the point entirely.

Well said, I couldn't agree more!
