I know there is a shared back ingame but can you put money in that bank and have your other toon take it out? Can you share money with your other toons?

Yes, you can put money in there. Your shared storage has five different windows, just like your inventory - you'll find meseta is stored in the third.

Question, though...is there a way to store your items in Your Room WITHOUT another player on your console having access to them online?

umm.. oh yeah you can use your PM he will hold the stuff for only that certain character.

I guess, I don't really see how that solves the problem, if this person is open enough to get on a different character and use your storage without asking, I'm sure they won't have a problem logging into your character and putting it into storage instead...
