Grenade launcher is really lame. The area it covers when it explodes is too little. And it doesn't seem to do that much damage. ANd it's slow. Bah.

They do call it card in the game. But people have been calling it fan for so long, since before they were release. Once its out for a while, people will settle on a standard. Complaining about peple calling launchers as launchers when I believe they're listed as just gernade in game.

Anyways, this was posted to the screenshots thread and recorded by Ether. I'm the one using the fan in the video as a female newman guntecher. I will also add that at photon art level 11+ you get 3 bullets coming out. I would assume at 21+ you get 4 coming out. I'll have to level my PA a bit more to see.

Thanks for the vid. Looks like a really boring weapon to me... seems like a glorified handgun. As long as you're facing your enemy just strafe and fire away.

Just keep in mind that the explosion radius will probably increase as you level the bullet. Personally I like the launcher.

The launcher is probably a lot better when you actually hit the enemy :/ the guy in the movie kept missing but when he hit the damage wasn't that bad. The enemies kept moving too much. It would probably be WAY better for a party of 2 people. You (ranger) and a hunter. The hunter gathers enemies around him and uses PA and you just grenade launch away hitting most (if not all) of the enemies.

EDIT: DUURR. Wait. PSO didn't have any kind of friendly fire to prevent people killing one another. And if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Why is the gernade launcher missing so much? It barely hits!

The grenade Launcher is difficult to aim due to the arch firing path. And the starting explosion looks like it's fairly small. People think that the explosion will grow with Bullet lvl.

It was hiting and it seems to knock the mobs down 80% of the time it landed, probably kicks ass at higher bullet rank

Ehh. I find it to be a slow and lazy weapon. Character with the spear could have sliced and diced 3 before the other was done waving their fan.

I think the fan is more for fortechers to have some fun in the back (aside from the spellcasting), as it dosn't seem to make a really effective melee weapon.

Also, the guy with the grenade launchers was using fraps which (he said) slowed down his game tremendously - undoubtedly affecting his aim. O.o
