Cast: Can I make a Hunter Cast (Hucast) in PSU?

I've read some reviews on this site and I am still unsure if I can make a Hunter Cast like a Hucast on PSO...

It goes on, saying that Casts have proficiency with guns but not blades?

Yeah you can. I have one named Galvatron, and he's pretty bad ass as a hunter.

Casts make great Hunters.

Beasts have low ATA, Casts will hit nearly as hard as Beasts and land many more attacks.

any class is available for any race.

The character classes maybe listed on the site but I have to check it discreetly because I’m supposed to be working! lol

in this game, ANY race can be ANY job, hell, you can even make a FOcast if you wanted to.
