Well, they are all over the place on the forum. But if you look in the Sticky topic, New PSU Screenshot & Movie Thread, on top of this section.

Is there even allot of Rare weapons?

It's probably bad for me to compare PSU to PSO, however I know in pso most the rares showed up in Ultimate lvl 100-200. If it's ok to compare them.. then maybe the best weapons won't show up until quite a few updates.

Sorry, I'll let someone who isn't a newbie answer it.

Theres quite a few rares thats been posted around...just not all at once. Maybe if I am not too busy in the future, I will post a pic of all the rares found so far.

Rares as in weapons made from enemies?
or ones like the finger gun.

Mostly, rare weapons are going to be synthed. But there are a few that are dropped like the bow I found and posted in my album.
