This has been bothering me for a few weeks now after I made my whole post about the PA limit. Seeing that Im going Guntecher, my techs are capped off at 10. I been wondering, are buffs, debuffs, and heals effected by PA level? If so, how?

dunno about heals but in past pso's higher tech levels increased range and more importantly, duration. from watchign the tech video I can assure that the range increase stays true, rest Im not so sure.

For attack techniques, every level you get in a technique, increases how much of your TP is used in the damage calculation for it. Higher levels also give them better status effects when they hit.

I don't know about any support techniques, but I've heard that Resta doesn't have a TP modifier on it, and is purely based on technique level.

I try not to think of how techs worked in PSO because many of them changed, but they do stay true to some of their former counterparts level.

I'm also curious on Guntechers lvl 10 techs. There seems to be so much more buffs and debuffs in this version and I'm not completely sure what would be best to use.

I hope the debuffs gain the ability to hit more than one target before level ten. I have this sick felling the only hit one target in till level 11.

Actually, if I am not mistaken, debuffs hit enemies in a circular range around the caster in PSU.

According to the Level 1/30 technique comparison video posted my Magician, the level 1 debuff techniques seem to only affect one enemy at a time. However, the range might increase slowly, every level, I don't know for certain.

Cool I am going to make a guntecker. I like the weapons the can use the fact they use 10/30/10 photon arts makes it fun. I will have to use units to make up the stat difference.

Anyway I love the way longbows look :

I just tested Agdeal level one on a group of enemies in a level. It seemed to hit all enemies. Heres the clip:

Although I'm probably the first person who did mention that, I've since tested it in game, and despite not having a TP modifier, it still effects the strength of resta. The techniques are mysterious indeed

As for the buffs/debuffs, I still don't think TP increases their power, since at the bottom of their status window is a status effect indicator, so I think they will only get stronger at levels 11 and 21

Yeah...I thought it was you Ether that said that...
Anyway, by stronger you mean weaking them further by effect or stronger by duration?

Sorry...I just a bit out of it.
