my idea on PvP

i thought about it when i was in the PvP poll post would it be cool to have a lobby (on a seperate universe like a universe 3 of the NA has more than one). so you plan out(set rules) a fight and you have a team battle in a city or a all out melee. is this a good idea. oh and it cant have that thing in PSO where you have 5 seconds of invincibility after getting hit once.
