I completely forgot what some of the SEs do... a little help

I know what Burn does... DOT if it hits.
I know what Freeze does... locks the enemy in a block of ice until it's broken.
I know what Silence does... it prevents them from using magic.

However, I completely forgot what Shock does, and I don't even know the NAME of the Light/Dark SEs. Forces, this is your forte, help me out!

PARALYZES!

Shock leaves enemies unable to use physical attacks, though they can still move around and cast spells.

I don't know what Light and Dark do, as I havent encountered such bullets yet.

Shock stops enemies from attacking. And I cant quite explain the others
