Anyone going to give PSU on the PC shot running Windows Vist

I was thinking about either PS2 or PC and then I remembered I'm running the beta of Windows Vista and I'm not exactly sure a PC game would best for vista. I have yet to try out a game period with vista much less a new game.

I'm really leaning toward the PS2 version now because I'm scared vista will cause a dilemma and I don't really think the graphics for the PC will be that much better. Sure higher resolution would be nice but it's not like I can't do without it.

So anyone have any opinions?

I think I heard it wasn't compatible with Vista but I can't seem to find where I read that.

The beta ran just fine in Vista RC2 so I'm sure the retail will as well.

BTW get rid of the Vista Beta 2. It sucks hugely. It has tons of debugging software running that can't be turned off and it was full of bugs. RC1 or RC2 run far better.

From what I understand you should be able to download the pc version if you have a copy of the game already. So if you have the ps2 version you should be able to just download the game a log in. I'm not 100% sure about this but I know i read it somewhere

My friend is running Vista and has preordered PSU for PC, the soonest i'll be able to tell you is the 25th

Is this confirmed anywhere? If so I will defiantly be getting the game for the PS2 that way I have a choice as to where I want to play it.

A download was available for the JP version, it has not yet been confirmed for the NA version.

As long as your sound and Video drivers are up to snuff and Vista capable, you should be fine.

I am running JP PSU PC on Vista RC1.

Does that work vice versa? Like if you get the PC version can you get a PS2 disk mailed to you or something? Or are PC players shafted in that right?

Vista is better for gaminig as Microsoft has designed it with gaming in mind. The great thing about gaming on Vista is that backround will shut down when you play a game.
