Help a n00b out

I haven't been following the PSU information too much until I saw a release date. I have a few questions which are going to be pathetic. I checked the stickies and couldn't find any answers. If this topic sucks enough, mods feel free to lock it.

1. Would it be possible for multiple people to share an account and still play at the same time? ex. my friends and I all pay for one, yet still play online with each other?

2. I plan on the PC version of PSU. Do I really need anything besides a keyboard to play?

I think the answer is "No" to both of them, but we are talking about me, and I am good at being wrong.

2. Besides the obvious requirements for the game (Examples: A monitor, mouse, and a video card that can run the game) nothing else is required as far as I know.

it IS only $10 a month as opposed to the usual 15, so its not bad
