I was at my PS2's Browser and System Config screen when I noticed you could press the Triangle button to bring up more options. While I was looking through the option screen I noticed the PS2 Disc Drive (or something like that) could be selected for additional options. Under those options are "Fast Disc Reading" and "Smooth something." From what my friends told me, slowdown happens more frequently with a CD drive because its slower than a HDD drive, so data is sent slower. So, if you make the PS2 disc speed option "Fast" will you think the game run smoother?
Note: I don't know diddly sqwat about computers.... I'm just throwing out a thought.
