Spells?

Sorry if I'm repeating a thread but....

for those who've played it so far, does PSU have the same type of way as increasing your spell level as the old retarded PSO method with never being able to max out all your spells b/c you can't find the last friggin 5 Lv15 techniques drops ever...? just wondering how they worked that out.

Spells lvl the more you use them.

no, spells (or techs) in PSU level with use. you only have to buy (or find) the disc for the spell, and then it levels as you use it, you don't need to keep using tech discs.

you learn level 1 techs and then you use them until they lvl up. New system

This is good because it was one of the seven layers of hell trying to find ANY Grants or Megid disc past Lv10.
