-EDIT- actually I havent been able to log on since this afternoon. I kept getting the locked account, try again in 10 minutes message...

It looks like this happened to every User in a certain Timespan while trying to change Universe or any similar attempt. (Or maybe by simply being logged in while this Phenomen occured)

Because other Users who didnt play at this time, can still log onto the Servers with no Problem...
