The people that said that weren't lying, they were guessing. Huge difference.

Uh. A Guess can't be a lie.

drmcst45
Oct 20, 2006, 07:31 PM
but its a lie none the less because it's proven to be false

No, I just have a grasp on the english language.

A lie is "Yeah, it's definetley going to work using microsoft point."
A Guess is "It probably will, but we don't know for sure."

No, it's a lie when it's stated by someone as absolute fact. No one said that it was a fact. Just assumptions. It was a false assumption. an incorrect guess. etc.

You can buy a fricking Visa gift card and use that. Or get a visa debit card (which you should have if you have checkings/savings account). Or even get a credit card. It isn't that fricking hard to do, unless of course, you're retarded.

Sorry I forget the West Coast tends to have weird stores compared to the rest of the country, damn California. I honestly have trouble finding a Walmart around here it's ridiculous.
Try Walmart. Or the here. (http://usa.visa.com/personal/cards/prepaid/gift_card_how.html)

If a guess is false, it doesn't make it a lie. That's like saying the answer to 7x7 might be 42, and someone calls you a liar. It was a guess. Guesses can be wrong.

It depends, many people have told me they have had success in using them for online games.

It depends, many people have told me they have had success in using them for online games. It's a gift card though so you buy it with only so much money on it. When it runs out I think you are required to purchase a new one as you can't just put money on it but I'm not completely sure on that as I always use a debit or credit card.

EDIT: Hrmmm I meant to click the edit post button but I hit quote. >.<

I don't see what the big fuss about a CC is. Nothing is going to change and if people want to play the game badly enough, they'll find a way. It's not like this is the first online rpg in the world to usea CC payment.

I think one of the main reasons that people are freaking out is because....well, usually for a game like PSU, people don't pay monthly. There are quite alot of people who are new to PS who are going to be playing this game, or atleast trying. Paying for a "Dungeon Crawler" type game just seems a bit odd to them XD
