Was just woundering how i got my nanoblast at lvl 20 ? i thought there was a post about this before but i cant seem too be able too find it. Im sorry if this has been posted before.

I think you buy a Nanoblast Badge from a store. Somewhere on the 3rd floor?

Its on the 3rd Floor in the Pink shop where you customize your hair and face. You go down to the 10,000 Meseta options and you choose a tatoo.
