What are all these weird food items in the game for?

i.e. Kotova Noodles/Milk/Sandwich

Groovy Juice = 7 star recovery item...

The one I tried using healed a tiny bit of HP...

Is that all they are used for?

I think that because of their high star rating, they're really just intended as PM food

Maybe ST will eventually allow us to make delicious looking Cakes and such to place in our rooms with said items?
