View Full Version : What's the difference between a Force and a Fortecher?

As far as I can tell from reading stuff, there's no reason to be a Force once you can become a Fortecher. This seems to hold true to the other base classes (Hunter and Ranger).

Is there any advantage to not switching to an Expert Type?

I don't really think so...

Sadly, there isnt any advantages for not switching to an Expert Class.

Fortecher is the advanced from of Force. The cap is raised from 20 to 30 for Techs and they can use S Rank Rods, Wands, and Cards.

Theres a statistical comparison on psupedia.org....

Edit: Stupid me....I didn't read it properly and had to delete 4/5 of my original post.

The way I see it Forte classes are just Hunter, Ranger, and Force lv11-20.

Well, technically theres no real reason not to switch. But forces do still have far higher HP, ATP, ATA, and DEF. I don't think it'll be uncommon for forces to switch to fortecher and then not be able to use their bows again for another 10 levels.

so basicly if you want to remain pure techs you have to go Fortecher?

pretty much coolcat, but if you find yourself using an even mix of weapons and techs as a force, then you're probably more suited for a wartecher anyway.

I just want pure techs.....that's it....I'll have other characters for attacking with blades and bullets LOL
