Do Buffs Stack?

I've been wondering if buffs like Agtal, Zodial, etc.. stack with Megistal?

No, they dont stack with Megistal. If you use Agtal after you buff Megistal, Agtal will overwrite the Attack power bonus from Megistal. If you buff Megistal after you buff Agtal, I believe Megistal will overwrite the Agtal buff.
