Does the machinegun gain anything special after lvl 11 and 2

I grabbed this info from PSUPedia, its a bit hard to notice because you have to do a bit of digging.

I should add this data into my Ranger topic.

Well let me summarize it, Machines get ATP % bonus each level that it is leveled. At level 11, the PP cost goes up to 7. And Machinegun stays at SE lv 1.
