Tuesday is shipping date like most games. I only remember 2 games that arrived Tuesday I wanted...GTA:VC and GTA:SA. Basically if it isn't expecting to sell millions on release date its unlikley to be everywhere Tuesday.

I know for Game Stop if you pre-ordered it then you get it the 24th.

I checked out bestbuy's website and found something funny...

If you searched for the game you come up with three platforms like you should...

...but they are listed as Xbox 360, Playstation 2, and Xbox 360 AGAIN!?

I have reserved many games at Game Stop, all of them having Tuesday shipping dates. I get a call the night before letting me know that I can be there as early as 11am on that Tuesday to receive my game. I'll have my PSU this tuesday, no worries here.
