So today I went to Target to buy a black hoodie. <<Because I'm punk like that. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif >> When I got there they had 2 selections of hoodies. A mens hoodie, and a ladies hoodie. They BOTH look the same, they BOTH feel the same, they BOTH are even made out of the same material, and are BOTH from the same company.

So why I ask you must a womens hoodie be $7 more? They are basically the same, the mens hoodie is $8.86, while the womens hoodie is $15. That makes no sense to me if they are the same why do I have to pay more for one that is no different.

So anyways I left the store with sadly no hoodie, I'll try some other stores, even though that was the perfect hoodie I was looking for.

I would have just bought the men's hoodie, or vice versa.

It's usually the other way around here, men's clothes are way more expensive.

I just got a woman's hoodie, without even realizing it. It fit, it looked fine, and it works. There's no discernable way to tell it appart from a men's other than when zipping it up. Oh, and it was cheap, hence why I got it in the first place. I see no reason to get one gender or another over something that is so gender-neutral in the first place.

Wow and I thought buying a 2XL Black hoodie being 2 dollars more was bad. 7 Dollars for a gender difference thats crazy.Get ya some black fingerless gloves to go with the hoodie!!!!

You should have just bought the men's hoodie. Girls don't usually get penalized for stuff like that.

Actually. Men's clothing usually tends to be made of more comfortable fabrics than womans clothing. AKA Celophane.

But anyways. I would've definately gone with the men's hoodie if it were practically the same thing. I guess they're cheaper because some guys wouldnt pay as much for clothing. We all know that girls have to spend tons of money on Fendi, Gucci, and Prada. ;P

I know that's a bit sexist, but I know for a fact that the typical woman is more willing to fork over cash for clothes.
