I read somewhere that there was and I was wondering if there would be the same expansion for the PC/PS2.

No. Microsoft bought out Sega and there are no plans on a similiar expansion for PC/PS2.

Well, my sarcasm meter just blew up, so I suppose I'll have to answet the question.

Yeah, it'll be the same expansion. It's not like ST would create two different expansions >_>
