Well, they are on the wall of the weapon shop in Moatoob, and I'm almost 100% sure you can forge at least one.

No class can use cards, axes, or launchers offline. The icons arent just greyed out, they don't exist

That's rather unfair... What about those of us who are unable to get online?

Luckily, I dislike the look of all of those and am planning on playing online, so my statement doesn't apply to me.
