Q about Partner Machinery

I know it has been asked allot, but i can't find the topics at all.
What's the difference between the final evolution stages of the Partner machinery? If you have a link to a topic that explains it, I would appreciate it.

Once you get a PM to fully evolve, it'll give you a partner card so that it can fight with you, tho it takes up 1 party slot.

It says GH-451 is one of the unobtainable PMs unless I'm missing something. At least it says Currently Unobtainable PMs and then lists a bunch of PMs with pictures below it.

you can change its name when you first meet your PM
