PC Controls?

I looked at all the guides before I posted and didn't see anything. What section is it under?

aswd movements. e to open your item palete. up arrow switches to your second action pallete. down arrow attack. left arrow strafe. right arrow PA (another technique for force.) q is the perspective mode.

Can you edit the keys as you see fit? and even more important, Can you set up the mouse to move your character in the same way you could in psobb and the first psopc?
