check the forum stickies. There's a link for character creation there (JP), though it's not the full program, and it doesn't have casts. There is another source that has the full character creation, but it's illegal to post it.

Well it's the best you're going to get. The character creator you want is hacked and illegal, so we can't post it without getting banned.

It is against the forum rules to post a link to the hacked version. Use the Flash creator or pick up the game tomorrow.
