Can you cancel a preorder at Gamestop?

I preordered PSU.. and paid in full for the game at gamestop, but, with all these rumors about Walmart having the game on the 24th... i might decide to pick it up there. If i did actually get a copy of the game there, is it possible to get my money back for the preorder at gamestop?

I cancel pre-orders all the time at GameStop because I can often get the game for $10 cheaper at another store.

I worked at game stop back in the day ... and to answer your questions YES ... Just as long as you have the receit you can get a full refund ^_^

Depending on where you live (south / west has a good chance) EB/GS get there games on the ship date. Other places, ie Ohio, dont get the products untill a day later, at any store.

However, you can cancel a reservation and get the money back at any time.

Yes you can get you'r money back from the pre-order. Just take you'r receipt there and say you want to cancel you'r order. Don't listen to that mean guy, Just becasue he pre-ordered, and has to wait until the 25th. Doesnt mean you have to right?

Nah, I don't think that's how it works. All you need to do is mention the name you put the game under, and they'll give it to you....if you paid full price, XD

INDEED ^_^ All you need is proof of ID if you dont have the reciept when you pick up the game (and in most cases you dont even need ID you just need to give them your full name) ... but there a little more anel when it comes to getting a refund ... you need the receipt to do that just to proove that you arent taking some poor bastards cash lol
