Don't know this but need to as am working on a name, can you have a frist and last name or will it be all one name?

The game doesn't care--it's all one name.

You can feel free to name yourself Enix Belmont, but there is no seperate places to enter first and last names. But it will have spaces, if that's what you are asking. And there is a LOT of space for a name.
