Difficult to make Guardians License?

When I first got PSO DC, it must have taken me and my brother 4 hours to finally get online with the freakin' game. We were young and with much less knowledge on modems and computer crap. But even getting online with the GC was a hassle for me (I have a 56k modem on my GC too). Was PSO GC with a broadband adapter easier to get online with? How was getting online with PSO:BB? Can I set up a Guardians License by using my cable connection with my PS2? Sorry for the dumb questions, and thanks for any help.

As JaiBlue said, you'll take care of all of that at the PlaySega (http://"http://billing.playsega.com/") billing website. It is currently down, for reasons that should be obvious.

The playsega site isn't down I just went to it


It took me about an hour or two of trying when psobb went live to log into the site. Probably get hammered again this time too.
