Hi,i got a question.
If say,you can only go offline(like you have no money for online)and there is a Halloween event,will that be able to be downloaded,without haveing an online account?

also, is everything found/done/unlocked offline not also used in online mode?
Same as vice versa?

No its not the same.
Using items you got offline on online is different than downloading a patch/update for offline to upgrade your game to have special events like say Halloween item drops,the rappys,etc.

Network mode and Extra mode are entirely seperate. It's sad to say, but Extra Moders will ever experience the holiday events. However, I believe that the reservation soundtrack gift has the BGMs of the main holidays. Oh, I knew the holiday rappies were only exclusive, I thought they were talking about all rappies at first.

Um,im not worried about the mucis,i could care less....i play in silence from tim to time...
Im talkign about Items,AKA DROPS,like the staff, the holiday creatures,like the hallow rappies

As I stated, Extra mode players will never experience holiday events. This does not just include BGMs, but holiday rappys, weapons AKA drops...
