PSU: Max Basic Class Lvls

Hiya, my first post on this boards so hi everyone. After a bit of researching, I really haven't found an answer to this question...What exactly will happen if a person were to the max class lvl? I know that the expert classes curently require only lvl 10 at most. But then, seems odd they'd have 10 more lvls beyond that, even if the expert classes also get those 20 lvls.

I think the max the lvl for basic classes is 10. I don't know what the max level for the expert classes is.

Her last sentence confused me though.
Basically the other reason to get jlvl points is a higher job level gets a increase in stats.

Ohh, thanks. I was under the impression that the max class lvl was 20, which made me consider the possibility that maybe there would be something gained by lvling all three basic classes to that max lvl. Instead of just to 10 or 5 to get the current expert classes.
