I believe when you first sign up, you get 30 days free.

15 Days if you only buy a 30 Day Guardian's License, 30 Days if you buy a 180 Day one.

No free trial, just an upfront payment. They gave you 15 or 30 days free depending on what service you pick but its only after you pay

Are you sure you get charged full price? In small print, I remember reading that they take $1 out to make sure the card is valid. Sure it wasn't that?
