View Full Version : About billing, do they start billing me as soon as I sign up

When you sign up for an account, do they start billing you as soon as you sign up, or do they wait until you've actually logged into the game before they start billing you? I want to sign up for an account right now while the billing site is up and working, but I probably won't be able to get the game until tomorrow, so I don't want them to bill me for today when I can't play it today.

From whats been going around the msg boards they charge right then and there. So your automatically tied in for however long you subscribed to.

Yes Kakashi, that's me ^_^ I'll probably be playing Blue Burst soon after I call some stores, unless of course one of them actually has PSU already.

You don't need a serial- or CD-key to sign up for a Guardian's License.

i wounder if there gona bill you like FFXI you sign up in the middle of the month and charge you for the whole month 1st of next month >.>

FFXI did that? Wow, that game seems lamer and lamer the more I hear about it. I'm glad I never got into it. PSO never did that so I doubt PSU will.

so then if you sign up for network mode this month, it will only charge for the amount of days left in the month or something ?

You can go either 9.99$ for 30 days +15 and they charge you right away or go 49.99$ for 180 days +30 and they charge you right away. The former is an automatically recurring charge, the latter isn't automatic but you are getting a better deal.

I did the 180+30 day deal. Less than 25 cents per day. That's a pretty sweet deal.

I did the monthly, since the first 45 days is only $9.99, but yeah then its $9.99 every 30 days. But that's okay, that's only 30 cents a day. PSU is worth it. Though now I'm thinking I should have done the 180 + 45 since I know I'll be playing this a long time but whatever I JUST WANT THIS GAME NOW.
