I have installed the driver from that one website and everything should be ready to go...my question is does the 360 controller I bought for my PC start working when I start playing PSU?

No you have to config in the options

I already did step 17 and have everything configured..will the controller then show up when I start PSU?

My laptop auto installs the microsoft version of the controller driver.

Which is a terrible driver... your sholder analogue buttons won't function.

Get the driver listed above. Much superior.

Any suggestions as to how? Its kinda... umm... Fast at reinstalling it.

When the other driver tells me to plug in the controller, the laptop reinstalls the official one..

You have to use the Device Driver to change to the XBCD driver after it's already installed MS's driver. Y'dig?
