Namely the difference between levels 20 and 30.

Is there really that much of a difference in damage and range?

Yeah, pretty much as Techs level they deal more damage and the range increases. Same can be said about the buff/debuffs but we arent sure if the level effects the stats bonuses.

Difference in bullets is in rizen's ranger thread and psupedia.

Shame bullets are just element changes, status things...

No heavens punishers.

Meh, we all like different things. Strafing with dual handguns gets me hot and bothered.

Shame that some people just think of the ultra rares.

Oh I forgot about the rest.

As Nani-chan, bullet changes are in my ranger topic in my sig and its still being updated. Just to summarize it, as bullets level increase, usually the ATP and ATA % bonus will go up. Some weapons like Rifle and Bow will increase to SE 2 then 3 then 4 when they get higher (cant remember the levels off hand). Shotguns and Crossbows get an extra spread at lv 11 and 21.

As for Skills, their attack power goes up I believe and at lv 11 they get an additon to the PA combo and again at 21. Note few PAs online have a two step attack.
