Nowhere in the faqs or in the stikies do I see (unless I'm incredibly stupid, in any event point me to the right direction) do I see a guide on how to get a sega link account.

I'm new to playing PSO and PSU online, and I'm going to pick up my copy tomorrow, So any help in getting me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
