Need US credit card to pay ?

Is it really need US credit card to be able to pay monthly fee? well,if a study from Europe is studying at US,(obviously, he can't get US credit card) he need to wait and come back to buy Eu version too? My main question is Do anyone have tired to fake up an address and used your own credite card? it is ok or not? because I don't want to wait for an extra month too.

US credit card? To my understanding any major credit card based anywhere can work....

untill the Europe launch only a us account with a us credut card will work however.
