Can anyone give me some advice to fix this?

Ok, I made a dumb mistake. I wanted to get the 180 day subscription, but I accidentaly got the 30 day one where you get charged monthly. I cancelled the 30 day one right away, but now they won't let me get the 180 day one. Can anyone give me some advice to fix this and maybe not get charged for the subscription I only had active for a few seconds?
